△T2WI：下胸段和腰段脊髓周围蛛网膜下腔可见杂乱的异常血液流空效应，局部呈瘤样扩张，并压迫脊髓（橙箭）；脊髓呈高信号肿胀
△T2WI showed an abnormal blood flow-void effect in the subarachnoid space around the thoracic and lumbar spinal cords, and the spinal cord edema with a slightly high signal intensity; the lower thoracic spinal cord was opspanssed by the blood flow-void effect with an aneurysm-like dilatation (orange arrow)
△3D-TOF和增强MRA：下胸段脊髓动静脉畸形，局部呈瘤样扩张（橙箭）；并可见迂曲的供血动脉（红箭）和引流静脉（蓝箭）
