△头颅3D-TOF-MRA：左侧颈内动脉闭塞，右侧颅内段颈内动脉长段梭形动脉瘤（橙箭）
△Cranial 3D-TOF-MRA showed an occlusion of the left internal carotid artery and a fusiform aneurysm (orange arrow) in the right intracranial internal carotid artery
△T1WI和T2WI：左侧海绵窦段颈内动脉巨大动脉瘤，其内可见血栓混杂信号影（红箭）
