病史简介
男性,31岁。主因双眼视力下降1年入院。2004年在外院因“脑室穿通畸形”行脑室腹腔分流术。入院时查体:神志清楚,精神可,右眼视力0.1,左眼眼前手动。右侧肢体肌力3肌。
